  34. ChangeFSI is an image processing tool which uses advanced techniques to
  35. produce the best representation of an image in a given screen mode.  The
  36. input image may be in one of a variety of graphics formats, and the output
  37. is to a RISC-OS sprite.  This package provides a desktop interface along
  38. with the ChangeFSI tool.
